1. Notification Requirement
Before returning any item, customers must notify us first. Returns submitted without prior notification will not be accepted. Notification ensures that we can provide a Return Authorization (RA) and specific instructions for returning the item safely and efficiently. - Item Name and Quantity
- Reason for Return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions, including the return shipping label and packaging requirements. This process ensures your return is processed smoothly and efficiently.
2. Return Timeframes
We operate under two distinct return timelines, depending on your location:
2.1 General National & International Returns
- For most countries outside the EU, customers may return items within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- The 15-day period begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- Returns initiated after 15 days may not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
2.2 European Union (EU) Returns
- In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
- During this period, EU customers can return items for any reason, including if they simply change their mind, without being required to provide justification.
- The 14-day period begins from the day the customer receives the item.
- EU customers should notify us via support@geofashion.us before returning any item, in accordance with the notification requirement.
3. Eligibility for Returns
If you wish to request a return due to a sizing issue or because the color received does not match your expectations, please review the following requirements:
Size Issues
To process a return request for an incorrect size, customers must provide clear photographs showing:
- The item laid flat with a measuring tape indicating the actual measurements.
- The size tag attached to the item.
- A full photo of the item.
These photos are required to verify whether the item matches the measurements listed on our size chart. If the item was shipped in the wrong size, we will assist with the return & exchange process accordingly.

Color Concerns
If you believe the color of the item differs significantly from what was shown on our website, please provide:
- Clear photos of the item received.
- Photos taken in natural lighting whenever possible.
- A full image of the product showing the color concern.
Quality Concerns
If you believe the product quality does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item along with a description of the issue.
All quality-related claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or compensation.
General Return Requirements
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period after delivery.

4. Return Procedure

- Secure Packaging: Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please use the original packaging, and ensure all original tags are attached to the item.

- Geo Fashion will pays return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
- Customer pays return shipping charges (Flat 11.99USD), reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong size, wrong color, no longer wanted the item) etc. which will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

- We will provide either a full replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

6. International Responsibilities and Customs

- We do not control local customs processes, but we provide guidance wherever possible.

Restocking Fee
Returns that are not the result of our error, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or dissatisfaction with the product despite it matching the description, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No restocking fee will be charged for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.
Fraud Prevention
Geo Fashion reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our policies.
