Made-to-Measure Policy

 

At Geo Fashion, our made-to-measure garments are individually crafted based on the measurements and customization details provided by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, ladies' wedding dresses, men's suits, evening dresses, prom dresses, and other custom-made apparel.

Measurement Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when placing an order.
  • We strongly recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor.
  • Geo Fashion is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate or incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Production Process

  • Made-to-measure items are produced specifically for each customer and are not pre-manufactured.
  • Production begins shortly after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on the complexity of the garment and seasonal demand.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Requests to modify measurements, sizing, colors, or design details must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production has begun, changes, cancellations, or order modifications may not be possible.
  • Custom-made garments cannot be canceled after the production process has started.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the personalized nature of made-to-measure garments, all sales are considered final.
  • Made-to-measure items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for reasons such as:
    • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preference regarding fit, style, color, or design
    • Event cancellation or change of plans

Quality Issues

  • If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error that differs from the approved order specifications, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers may be required to provide photographs and measurements of the garment for review.
  • If Geo Fashion determines that the issue resulted from our workmanship or production error, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution, which may include alterations, replacement, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.

Color Variations

  • Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and fabric dye lots, slight variations between product images and the final garment may occur.
  • Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order for a made-to-measure garment, you acknowledge that the item is custom-made specifically for you and agree to the terms of this Made-to-Measure Policy.
