This is the second time I've ordered from this store, I really like the store and the quality of the handbags 🩷, but unfortunately this time the handbag arrived with dents that can't be removed. It doesn't affect its use, but I was still a bit upset, although I understand that these damages were most likely caused during delivery. I will definitely order from this store again, I recommend it. Not everyone has had this issue according to the reviews, I just wasn't very lucky this time...

Excellent quality bag. Perfect finish and, it seems, made of genuine leather. The color is a chocolate shade, but not quite brown. I placed it next to a caramel-colored bag to make it easier to see the tone. It arrived in Brazil in less than 20 days.

The bag is of good quality, the only issue is that the delivery was delayed longer than usual. I was told that I would receive a refund of 4 shekels if there was a delay until a certain date, but in the end, I didn't receive anything back. This is very frustrating, as they were obligated to do so according to the delivery terms!
