I have had the backpack on the right for 3 years, using it every day to go to class. Excellent quality. I really like it, that's why after 3 years I bought the same backpack and color again, which is the backpack on the left.

It's a nice bag but definitely not for a 16 inch laptop because it doesn't fit. We'll find some use for it just not what we intended to use it for.

There are several compartments, but there is not much division inside the compartments. Not sure if a hook will fit in the designated compartment on the side of the bag

The backpack is well-made, but the straps are a bit stiff; I think they will soften over time. The "gypsy" snakeskin pattern was a bit disappointing in appearance (thankfully they are covered by a flap and not very visible).
I liked the design and size; nothing sticks out anywhere, there are many pockets, and access is convenient.
