Adjustable threads on the side so you can make the skirt as rouched or smooth as desired. Shorts underneath making this a ‘skort’, only downside i didn’t like was how high waisted this comes on me. I’m about 5”5 and i’d say i’m pretty balanced in my proportions but somehow it’s like almost on my rib cage. Still a good buy, go for it if you want a staple easy to wear skort
