I usually wear M/L in pants and I ordered size M. The size is perfect, they fit me like a glove. The compression is pleasant, neither too strong nor too light, just enough for comfort during exercise.
The length is perfect for my height of 1m70, neither too short nor too long. What I appreciate the most is the very high waistline: it goes well above the hips, which is super flattering and keeps everything in place nicely. During training, they don't slip at all, no riding up or shifting, it's really comfortable from start to finish.
In short, I am delighted with this purchase!
